Team management systems
The TMS approach focuses on identifying and understanding key work elements that prove to be a reliable and valid focus in explaining why some individuals, teams, and organisations perform, work effectively and achieve their objectives, while others fail.
The team management index takes personality type one step further by linking it to your preferred roles at work. When all members of a team complete questionnaires, the team roles can be mapped onto a chart to identify whether there are roles that would be required by the team to function effectively that are missing.
A separate index – the types of work profile, can be used to evaluate the roles required to perform highly in a particular position at work.
The results of this profile can then be matched up with the results of the team management index for an individual currently in the position or a potential candidate to find matches. A comprehensive report will give suggestions for how to get a better fit between the current or possible future incumbent and the position.
