Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI)

The LPI is a 360 degree feedback tool, which means that questionnaires are filled in by others – colleagues, manager and employees – about the performance of the “leader” in five key leadership practices:

• Challenging the process
• Inspiring a shared vision
• Enabling others to act
• Modeling the way
• Encouraging the heart

A comprehensive report gives feedback on these five behaviours, and a workshop leads participants through the process of planning changes to behaviour that will improve leadership practice.
