Understanding differences - Briefing

This is a 1-2 hour introduction to personality type using temperaments.  Its a fun and informative session that can be run for a regular group meeting (such as for direct/network selling teams), at a workplace or for a community/personal group.  We look at four different patterns of behaviour and how those impact our communication and our relationships.  This is useful for managing others, working with others, sales/client interaction, building rapport, etc.

This workshop is a great one for getting people in your workplace or group to start thinking about their interactions more, and I find that after this workshop there are often many participants keen to learn more, so it can be a good way to start off a bigger program of learning.  As a stand alone workshop it is very useful too.
