Tools

 

 

 

A useful way of helping people to understand themselves and their situations more clearly is by the use of inventories and other tools.  The tools/inventories that we use fall into four areas:

 

·        Personality or temperament

·        Self assessment of skills in particular areas – such as listening skills, coaching skills, etc

·        Feedback from others of skills, for example, leadership skills

·        Team roles and work requirements

 

Questionnaires to self assess skills in particular areas are used throughout training sessions as needed.   There is further information on the main tools/inventories that I use on the following pages.

These may be used as part of a training program or as a self-contained workshop, customised to the needs of the particular group.
