A useful way of helping people to understand themselves and their situations more clearly is by the use of inventories and other tools.  The tools/inventories that we use fall into four areas:


        Personality or temperament

        Self assessment of skills in particular areas such as listening skills, coaching skills, etc

        Feedback from others of skills, for example, leadership skills

        Team roles and work requirements


Questionnaires to self assess skills in particular areas are used throughout training sessions as needed.   There is further information on the main tools/inventories that I use on the following pages.

These may be used as part of a training program or as a self-contained workshop, customised to the needs of the particular group.
